Our Concept

Today the fast food and takeaway continue their expansion with the emergence of new trends every years.

Our idea is to combine fast food and a balanced diet. In fact most of the employees have a lunch break around 20 minutes, so it is important to be able to offer our customers quickly tasting of dishes. However, we wish to take into account the fact that more and more people are concerned about the food they eat, which is why The Bio Truck is committed to ensuring 100% of products from organic farming to ensure its customers to have fresh and healthy dishes.

100% of the products we use to prepare your dishes are from organic farming. Choosing The Bio Truck is both a time saver but also a way to consume quality products.

Our Bio Truck

Our Bio truck allows us to visit our suppliers (organic farms) and is arranged so as to preserve the cold chain thereby maintaining optimum quality for our products. It also serves as a garment and therefore has all the equipment necessary to manufacture the various dishes we offer. Our concept is based on a concept born in the United States, which is to use a truck to be mobile and also be able to change the point of sale during the week. During the week we present three different locations in Paris (La Défense, Madeleine and Invalides). As our concept is environmentally friendly, our truck uses bio fuels to not pollute our beautiful planet.
